LGPE

Large Group Performance Evaluation (our version of an EOC) will take place at Alpharetta High School.  (3595 Webb Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30005)

All of our ensembles have been assigned times outside of the school day (except for Chamber Orchestra), so I am writing to see which students may need transportation to the event.  

**Our performance times may be adjusted slightly, but the arrival times will not change
Chamber Orchestra: Friday, March 13.  Arrival 3:00 pm. Performance time 4:20 pm 

Philharmonic Orchestra: Friday, March 13. Arrival 5:15 pm. Performance time 6:30 pm. 

Sinfonia Orchestra: Saturday, March 14.  Arrival time 9:30 am. Performance time 10:30 am.

Concert Orchestra: Saturday, March 14.  Arrival time 12:30 pm. Performance time 1:30 pm. 

We are asking that, if possible, students and parents provide their own transportation to and from Alpharetta High School.  We are also encouraging parents to attend the performance! Typically, LGPE is during the school day, so this gives you all a chance to see the performances!
